Let’s talk about what’s next.
We work with leaders and organizations navigating change, growth and what comes next.
A different perspective can change everything
Sometimes you’re too close to the work and can’t see what’s getting in the way.
I listen, ask questions, connect dots and look at the whole system.
Together we find clarity, uncover possibilities and figure out how to move forward.
Meet Maryeth
I’m a strategist, operator, and leadership advisor who has spent my career helping people and organizations navigate growth, change, and transformation.
I’m endlessly curious about how things work—organizations, people, systems, technology, culture—and what happens when we look at them from a different angle. I ask a lot of questions. I listen closely. And I’m usually looking for the connections between things that may not seem connected at first.
My work has taken me from entrepreneurship and financial services to leading large-scale businesses inside Fortune 50 organizations. I’ve built businesses, led teams through change, advised executives, and worked at the intersection of people, strategy, and technology.
But the work I’m most interested in is often the work that begins with a conversation:
What are we trying to create?
What’s getting in the way?
And what might be possible if we looked at it differently?
That’s the work behind Maryeth & Co.
A little more about me.
I live in Denver with my two rescue doggos, Sam and Abby. I love to travel, eat really good food, walk, and learn from people who see the world differently than I do.
My career has taken a few turns. I’ve owned businesses, worked as a financial advisor, and spent years leading teams and businesses inside large companies. I hold securities and insurance licenses and I’m currently finishing my Executive MBA at the University of Colorado Denver.
I’m also a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and a certified meditation and Ayurvedic instructor. I’ve spent a lot of time studying what makes businesses work—and just as much time thinking about what makes people work.
I don’t see those as separate things.
I’m curious by nature. I ask a lot of questions. I like getting close enough to something to really understand it—and far enough away to see it differently.
That’s where it gets interesting.
